Returns & Exchanges

At Wasted Gorilla, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, please review our policy below.

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • SALE ITEMS: Any item purchased at a discounted sale price is considered a Final Sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues or product defects.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact us via the WhatsApp icon on our website.

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, except where the product is faulty.

3. Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via the WhatsApp icon with your order number.

  2. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  3. Once received, your return will be inspected before approval.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Item

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or custom-printed items, unless faulty

  • Sale items / Final Sale products

  • Items not returned in original condition (worn, washed, or without tags)
