1. Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for size or product defects.
- Contact us at support@wastedgorilla.com to initiate an exchange.
3. Return Process
- To start a return or exchange, email us at support@wastedgorilla.com with your order number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- The original payment method will be credited, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized and custom-printed items cannot be returned unless faulty.
